Hi, I'm Marie. With over 7 years of teaching experience, I blend strength, flow, and freedom in my classes—helping you feel energized, balanced, and relaxed. My background in contemporary dance shapes my teaching style, encouraging natural movement and body connection.

Since 2018, I've taught yoga to children, building positive minds through movement and fun. Yoga is my way of life, and I love sharing its benefits with all ages.
